THEME,VARIATION, REPETITION AND TESSELLATION

Weve been looking at different styles of art, we started with more free flowing art such as the art and crafts movement, Bauhaus, modernism ect but now weve moved onto a more controlled style similiar to celtic, islamic, thai and buddist art. The most famous artist known for this style work is Escher. I found this style of work really demanding becuase you have to pay a lot of attention to measurements and lines. Although i found it exhausting process it was very rewarding as a finished product.

THE RED ROBIN
In the small country town called Mollyfont there was a Little Red Robin that resided there, but not a only did he live there he made his presence to all that did as well.
He flew at high speeds threw the streets, ducking and weaving under umbrellas people were using, zooming over the tops of peoples heads but The Red Robins favourite past time is to steal the petals off Jaides prize winning Tulips, He was always to quick to catch.
He spent a lot of time in the park were family’s took there children and dogs to play, he noticed a gentleman with a funny shaped head and what resembled a nest on it, The Red Robin could always do with a new nest he thought so he landed on his head much to thee mans surprise, “ahhhh hahaha, That silly bird must have mistaken you’re your hair for its bird nest”, another young gentleman said.
Although the Red Robin was known for his speed and trickery, He was better known for flying into trees. He was a lonely bird and always wondered why he could never make the right friends. But we all knew it was because he spent his time trying to make friends with Bats that hung upside down under trees.
The Red Robin was all these things and more but the truth to matter is that the small town of mollyfont wouldn’t be the same without him.
